Personal Trainer is designed to become your personal
trainer - a graphical software for keeping a detailed log of your workouts and
for creating a personalized schedule. It can be used for cycling, running,
inline skating, nordic skiing, nordic walking or backcountry skiing. Of course,
Personal Trainer also supports a lot of alternative (recreational) sports
like scuba diving, climbing, swimming, tennis or snowboarding.
Personal Trainer is based on a four weeks calendar, and
shows the planned and performed workouts as blocks using different colors for
different intensities as well as symbols for sports.
Anaylse your training with the included graphical analysis
functions, create summarys or search for records.
You can also import files form Ciclosport (Ciclomaster Alti 414M
or HAC4) or Polar S Series hearrate monitors like S710i.
