Personal license is linked to one person (one e-mail address).
Owner of personal license can use program on any computer.
Corporate license is linked to the company (company's e-mail domain).
All employees of the company, who has e-mail address like anyname@company.com can use program on any computer in the company.
If the owner of the license upgrades or changes the computer, the old registration key will not work. In this case, the owner of the license can run "Help" => "Registration Key Request" again and receive a new Registration Key within several hours.
