Topaz Moment!(TM) is a software that allows you to capture high quality and mega-pixel pictures from video. Topaz Moment! (TM) uses the most advanced super-resolution technologies to enhance pictures. Our proprietary technologies analyze multiple frames of video and use information in all the frames to obtain an enhanced picture. This produces images of much higher quality and resolution than is possible using a single frame. The enhanced pictures can then be saved in a variety of image file formats, or send directly to another program.
