Unbrowse is an application that makes working with the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) really easy.

Apart from the expected features such as MIB compiler, MIB walker, and SMI file editor - Unbrowse introduces some brand new tools. These innovations include the MyMib, the Agent Implementation Discovery Tool, and the Walker. Using MyMibs you can construct your own views of the global MIB tree by dragging and dropping objects from any number of modules. The Agent Implementation Discovery tool allows you to compare the objects retrieved from the agent with the local MIB repository and figure out what MIBs are implemented. The new Walker allows you to store multiple walk sessions from several agents in a single file. Unbrowse supports SNMPv1, v2, v3 and can agents using the MD5/SHA authentication protocol and the DES/AES-128 privacy protocols. Finally, Unbrowse has a built in safety mechanism called a "throttle" that prevent agents from getting overwhelmed with SNMP requests.
